These graphic files are made by Veelana and are protected by international copyright laws.

All files are created at 300 DPI and in .jpg or .png format unless otherwise specified. Papers are created at 12"x 12" but can be easily resized to fit your individual needs.

How you CAN and CANNOT use these graphics:

YOU MAY:

- modify/alter these files to suit your needs (color, size, etc.).But remember - even if you change them, they are still protected by international copright laws!

-use all graphics and images within the kit for personal use but please give
proper credit and a link back to the site if you can.

- use these digital images in part or in whole in layouts that will be submitted to magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Veelana.

- use this kit if you scrap for others/scrap for hire. Your customer has to get a flattened .jpg. This licence does NOT extend to buisnesses - only to the person ALONE that bought this kit.

- let your family and friends scrap with these graphics on your computer, provided that you don't copy the files for them and they only get their finished pages as .jpg files


YOU MAY NOT:

- use these images and claim them as your own.

- use any of these graphics to make "freebies" - contact me if you want to do that!

- print and redistribute these images for profit.

- share these digital files with others.

- change the graphics and claim them as your own.

- use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racist material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

- use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

These files are licensed to the purchaser's computer only and are NOT to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred, or posted
across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page. Do not make copies of these files on any electronic or physical medium (including
CDs, diskettes, or other storage medium) for any reasons other than back-up purposes.
But please DO make a back up!
